Medically-Assisted Treatment (MAT)

QSR’s Medically-Assisted Treatment for opiates and alcohol addiction provides detoxification and medication management.  The benefits of medication-assisted treatment include:

• Reducing symptoms of withdrawal and cravings, 

• Allowing time for the brain to heal and brain chemistry to normalize, and

• Providing an opportunity for the patient to focus on lifestyle changes that lead to healthy living

The medication-assisted treatment team is led by a physician who provides an evaluation of each individual’s treatment needs and supervises medication management. Medications include buprenorphine (e.g. Suboxone, Zubsolv) and naltrexone (e.g. Vivitrol, Revia).
